IDPH Compliance Notification
This facility does not currently meet the minimum staffing ratios required by law. Posted at the direction of the Illinois Department of Public Health.
We have posted the above notice at the direction of the Illinois Department of Public Health. However, the wording required by IDPH is misleading. Their findings were based solely on staffing levels in January, February, and March of 2022. There is no basis for their claim that this facility does not currently meet the minimum staffing ratios required by law. We manage our staffing levels every day to comply with those requirements. When we cannot find enough employees to fill our schedule, we bring in agency staff to do so. While extenuating circumstances may cause temporary disruptions to our staffing, we strive to minimize those disruptions.
