Since 2003, The Pillars of North County Health & Rehabilitation Center has been a leader in the Long Term Care Industry.
Our 120 bed skilled nursing facility is located among the green rolling hills of scenic Black Jack, Missouri, on a tree-filled campus across from the Florissant Golf Club. Our beautiful park-like location, near Lindbergh Boulevard, places us conveniently near the crowd—but not in the crowd.
